Just noticed that Encore/CS6 is no longer available for download. This really sucks because I have used it for many years and have some custom templates for quick turn-arounds.

I knew it was coming, but I still have physical DVD discs to make. I've been using Encore since it came out and it worked well enough for what I needed. Now that Premiere CS6 and Encore is no longer available does anyone have experience or recommendations for creating DVD (menus, etc.) using Premiere Pro exported projects?

I've searched for two days on the web but still no answer.
I'm making a BluRay Disc of a collection of TV Show episodes. I add these episodes as an .m4v file into Encore, which works great. These videos will be transcoded the the appropriat format at the end.
The only problem I encounter is the subtitles: I have an .srt file which runs perfectly sync with the .m4v video file (when I just play it in i.e. VLC, so no Adobe Encore is used)
But when I open the .srt file in a Subtile Editor (Subtitle Workshop, Subtitle Edit, Jubler (MAC) ) and hit ' Save As' Adobe Encore Text Script and import it in Adobe Encore, it starts of as a good sync in the first few seconds of the TV Show episode, but is way out of sync at the end of the episodes... (Sounds like me as an FPS problem?)
I've tried everything, from all different types of FPS output of the subtitle file, to all different project FPS settings.
My main project is 23,976FPS BluRay NTSC, my VIDEOFILE.m4v is 23,976FPS and my subtitles are 23,976FPS.
I really hope someone can help me out here.

I am a long time and current CC subscriber. Yesterday, Encore CS6 worked. Today, when i click to open Encore and the program prompts me to enter a serial number or "quit". There is no other option.
All my other apps are current and work: Ae, Pr, Ps, Mu, Ai, Au, ect, ect. All but Encore.....
Any CC subscriber knows that our subscription doesn't come with a serial number. So I am left wondering why my program worked yesterday and today it doedsn't work. Mind you, nothing has changed between the the time i left my computer to the time i returned. No updates, no new installs, n o t h i n g.
So I follow my first instinct to search google and bing and I find that this appears to be a common problem with no soultions short of re-writing and deleting all kinds of crazy files that honestly just look unscrupulous and only meant to really screw things up worse for the person having the problem.
So, next I follow the walkthrough at adobe's link here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html It didn't help me because it doesn't address the problem. All my other apps work so obviously my address, email, and payment options are up to date.
Next, I click live chat at 6:00pm pst and I am bounced from one guy to the next until at 7pm pst i get the message... "Sorry to hear that your application will not work. Please contact the more experienced tech team later as they are offline." WHAT?!?!?! No solution, just, "Your problem happend at an inconvenient time for adobe so come back later." And no mention of when that time will be. THAT is NOT CUSTOMER Service. This so not cool, moral, or right in any universe. Just leave me hanging. I can not put in to words how upset I am right now. Adobe has really let me down.
When my clients have problems, I deal with it right then and there and I don't leave until it's fixed and done. I may jump ship on this one.
Ive had the suite up and running for a while... but i just the other day started to use encore... I wanted to make a menu but I didnt have any thing in the library. No files. I looked around... and couldnt really get a real answer
How can i get them?
I have been working on archiving some shows from our studio. I have done this a LOT over the course of the last year and everything has been fine. I needed to delete one of the buttons from the menu for a certain amount of shows but I didn't want to lose what I already had. So I wanted to save the current project (Save As) as the original. I went to File>Save As> Chose the folder i've always used, hit save. And I get this message:
Along with not saving the project file at all, it created a folder with the same title I gave to the project, inside the folder I was using to store all my archive projects.
I have no idea why this is happening now. Nothing has changed. Any help is definitely appreciated!

I recently purchased a one year subscription to Adobe and all of the products worked fine. A few weeks ago, I had problems with Premiere Pro so had to re-install it, but now when ever I open it, it says that it is running in trial mode. In addition, Adobe Encore won't open without me entering a serial code and says it cannot run in trial mode. None of my other applications state that they're in trial mode though. Is there some way I can fix this as I need to use encore today... Thanks.
Hi, I am having a system (Windows 7 64-bit) clean-up, and discovered the folder [C:\AdobeTmp] of size is 16.6 GB, mostly due to Encore related subfolders of that.
The "Tmp" suffix suggests I can delete this, like maybe it was only (temporarily) used during installation. Is that correct?
I just upgraded to CS6. I have never had this problem before. I keep trying to burn a Bluray using Encore CS6, however, i keep getting this menssage after the program tries to burn the Disc: "Bluray Error: "device error", Code: "3", Note "CreateStcSequence:Fail to write M2S file""
Encore will burn the 9.57gb of 25.gb to disc and then display the aove message all the equiment is new so before i upgrade CS6 encore is working I have to reinstaltion again my adove premier again ????

My client and I are frustrated on the image quality of the menu in Encore when creating a Standard Definition DVD.
The menu source is a .psd. Tried various resolutions and once the dvd is ceated the image is very pixellated and hard to read the text in the logos (see attachment). Also tried making a motion menu with that image by creating a timeline with it in P Pro. Same results.
I understand that this is SD and that the customer is playing back the 720 x 480 image on a high resolution monitor which doesn't help.
The videos portions of the DVD are OK (mpg2) and the graphics hold up a lot better in the video portions.
Would appreciate any advice on this issue as my client and I are very frustrated.
I will try and test this on another system today.
What do you think about a hardware/software (something other than Encore) solution to create a decent looking DVD?

I have creative cloud and I installed premiere 2015, I also installed premiere cs6 in order to work with adobe encore but is not working with this new windows 10, is there something I can do to work with encore? or how can I make my menus and DVD's since adobe is not making encore anymore , thank you for any answer in this matter

I'm a Adobe CC user on a Windows 10 Pc.
Though at first sight instructions on downloading Encore and its functional content are quite clear I earlier and now again have troubles getting things done.
It could have a cause in the way I save install files on my Pc: in order to save these I use my F: (data) disk and always proceed from there to install my software on C: (SSD Windows and program) disk. So first of all I there download the f.c. zipfile, unzip it in a map called Encore Functional Content and save the unzipped files in a sub map "unzipped".
I proceed from there with these files for installation. Possibly the installation process can't find its way to the C: disk ?????
Anyway, then the problems start time and again:
Instructions say that first of all Adobe PremierePro CS6 with which Encore comes can be uninstalled. No problem doing so, But instructions also that say f.c. from there should be copied into Encore presets. How can if you're supposed to uninstall or to not install at all Adobe PremierePro in the first place?
Moreover the Library should be found in the Encore program under edit > preferences > media. where a mirror indeed shows the path , but looking it up in Explorer under Encore I cannot find it.
I hope to have written enough here for you to see where I cause my troubles.make .
I used to use Final Cut and DVD Studio Pro for making videos. Now I have Adobe Premiere and Encore. I think Encore is the best option for Blu-Ray authoring for Mac. It feels similar to DVD Studio Pro.
I know that Adobe doesn't support this program anymore but I think my problem can be solved.
Mac Pro 2012 5.1. with:
32 gigs of ram
1 TB SSD
6 core 3.46 processor
Radeon RX 580 8 gig video card
Everything works perfectly till I use the preview function to view my DVD. When I exit preview I get the spinning beach ball. I have to force quit. If I trash all the preferences it sometimes doesn't crash. Any suggestions ?

I cannot create a Blu-ray Folder or Blu-ray Image with my project. Everytime I click Build, I receive this error:
Blu-ray Object: "<Timeline>Untitled Timeline", Error: "invalid operation", Code: "19", Note: "primary video stream attributes must be consistent with playList"
I created my .m4v and .wav files in Adobe Media Encoder using the H.264 Blu-ray preset HDTV 1080p 23.976 High Quality. I also tried creating several variations (encoded the audio as Dolby Digital, tried the preset HDTV 1080p 24 High Quality). No matter what I always get the same error above.
I only have a basic menu (no motion) but I tried deleting it and still get the error.
Encore is not transcoding my files and I'd like to keep it that way if possible, and use the better rendering capabilities of AME. The only change I am making to the AME presets is to enable VBR 2-pass and Use Maximum Render Quality. That shouldn't cause the issue?
I searched the forums and did not find anything. Someone suggested restarting Encore but that did not help.
Any suggestions?

Hi, In a tutorial on using Encore CS6 it says to "clear the media cache database"
Why is this done? ...and if done... does it remove any important files, clips, assets..etc that are in my other projects? Is it safe to do this?

I installed CC aps and uninstalled CS6 apps. Apparently Encore was unistalled with Premiere CS6. I now have no option to install Premiere CS6. How do I get Encore?
New to encore and dynamic link... I'm running Premiere Pro CC and Encore CS6. When I go to send my sequence to Encore (File>Adobe Dynamic Link>..), there is no "Send to Encore" like what I've heard in seen in the tutorials... any ideas?
I've also tried to dynamic link from encore to premiere pro, but it never loads the sequence.
I am creating a DVD with a few different menus. My DVD starts out with an FBI Anti Piracy logo which has been set to my first play. It is programmed to stay on for 10 seconds and proceed onto the main menu. That all works great, however if I eject the disk and re insert the disk it will start right back up where it left off and not my first play which is the anti piracy logo. Is there any way to set it up so my dvd will go back to the correct first play every single time and not where it left off
Trying to burn a DVD with menu's it is about 6gb on a dual layer dvd. i keep getting this error. If i burn just one of the files it works. just not when i add sub menus
