blu ray burning problems with ENCORE CS6
The Dreaded Vobulator Error 332
Hi:
I'm a recent migrant from Adobe Premier Elements who took the bait and upgraded to Premier Pro CS4. My problem is with Encore.
I'm getting this imfamous "INTERNAL SOFTWARE ERROR: .\Vobulator\TitlePlanner\CVOBUPlanner.cpp,line 332" error when I try to build my project. I have serched the forums and looked at all of the posts on this matter and find that none of them seem to come to any resolution - except for the guy who was off to buy a brand new system in an attempt to address the problem.
I have a pretty simple project. ONE timeline. ALL AVI's strung together with no gaps in between. 18 chapter markers. None of them on the end of the time line (who does that?)
I have a "Main Menu" which allows you to choose between just playing the video or going to a scene selection group of sub menus. There are 4 sub-menus, each with 4 scenes per sub-menu. You can select a chapter, go back up to the main menu or move back and forth between sub-menus. That's it.
I'm running an HP-Pavillion DUO-Core. I have recently upgraded my memory from 2 to 4 GB and since then, Premier and Encore have stopped crashing all the time.
Can anybody help me with this error?
Thanks.

Encore internal software error:\vobulator\titleplanner\cvobuplanner.cpp, line 322
I am using Encore, Version 4.0.1048.
I am receiving the error "internal software error:\vobulator\titleplanner\cvobuplanner.cpp, line 322"
I have imported using the Dynamic Link a 2 minute sequence from Premier Pro CS4.
I have transcoded the timeline.
There is only 1 chapter in the timeline, and that is the very first default chapter.
There are no other assets in the Encore project (initially there were, but i decided, after reading all the other posts to trouble shoot and start from scratch)
When I try to build the project using only this timeline from an imported premiere pro sequence, I receive the 'internal software error:\vobulator\titleplanner\cvobuplanner.cpp, line 322" error code.
There are no chapter markers in the sequence.
All transitions between items in the Premier pro sequence are 1.06 seconds long (the standard)
Any suggestions on what is causing this error, and how do i get around it? I have never encountered this error before. Does this indicate some problem with the sequence from Premiere Pro?
I appreciate your help.

ENCORE CS5 'FREEZES' WHEN TRANSCODING
I have built a project (3.75 minutes) in PremierePpro CS5, consisting of AVCHD, stills, and audio tracks. It plays correctly in that application. I then use 'dynamic link' to send to Encore CS5 - that seems Ok. However, when building (for DVD) the project (and other similar) appear to get about 3/4 way through (according to the progress bar) then 'freeze'. On cancelling, I get the message 'encore not responsing', followed by 'premiere pro not responding'. Ive tried other methods of getting the project into Encore, but the results are the same.
Any ideas?

Movie Restarts from beginning after auto stops at the end of the chapter.
I have an issue when I export to the DVD. I have 8 chapters in my dvd, and I set each of them to "Stop" as the end action. When I play the DVD and it reaches its first stop, I hit play and for some reason it restarts from the beginning rather than continuing on to the next chapter. I can't figure out why and it's very frustrating. I skipped to the end of each chapter to where it auto stops and when I hit play from the stop it restarts from the very beginning. Why?! please help lol
Encore CS4, Windows 7 (beta) + Blu-ray = blam!
I've been able to reliable replicate this at least 4 times - start Windows 7 64-bit, open Encore CS4 (fully updated), create a brand new Blu-ray project, and (since the first screen I see says "Build DVD") change the Build drop-down to DVD and - oops, the mouse is frozen, the CPU's pretty much stopped... no, it IS stopped or in some loop or something, but Windows is frozen.
I'm not expecting Adobe support, but hopefully they can remedy this in the future and - a warning - close all your apps before you try this on your machine. If I switch over to Vista Ultimate 32-bit, I can do the whole blu-ray project through to burning with no errors (I still prefer to transcode in AE, Encore is a slug), but I can't get past that drop-down on Windows 7. Odd.
My specs: 8GB RAM, Q6600, oodles of HD space, CS4 Master Collection, all latest revs and patches.

Getting Sense Code 37303
Hi,
I'm getting the error (Sense Code 37303) while building my CS5 encore project to disc. I've use my internal DVD-rom (of my MacBookPro) as well as a external Samsung (usb) burner. With both the same issue. I can create a DVD Folder or a DVD image from my project.... but trying to burn to disc from Folder or Image returns in also a "PrimoBurnerDSK - unknown error" also with both DVD-roms. This is highly unusual as both disk burn perfectly with Toast or with iDVD ....
Please need some help.

How to tell Encore that an orphan timeline is NOT and orphan?
Hi, I am pretty much getting the hang of Encore but came across a problem I can not find the answer to. I have an encore project which has three timelines. Each timeline has several chapters. I need to link the individual chapters to buttons on the DVD menu so I made chapter playlists from the timelines. In the DVD menus I link all my buttons up to the chapter playlists so they will play the chapters I want them to play. As such the timelines themselves do not get linked to any button on the Menu, they also have no end action since the end actions occur on the chapter playlists.
When I check project, Encore tells me that my timelines are orphans and that they have no end action set.
Firstly they are not orphans, since they are used in the chapter playlists so I can't delete them, secondly the timelines don't need end actions since it is the chapter playlists that are played.
Can anyone tell me how to deal with this situation correctly?
I am using Encore CS5.1
Many thanks,
Haydn
VERY New to Encore....End Action Not Set?
I just upgraded (today) to Premiere CS5. I've been able to get to the point of burning my project and "Check Project" found an error. It was "End Action not set" for my sequence. I'm not 100% what this means (and a search turned up 370 items, leaving me overwhelmed).
Is it asking what I want to happen after the last chapter in the sequence does (like return to the Menu default) or is it asking me what will follow after playing chapter one in my sequence? I really doubt it is the last option but seeing as it is showing a still form a scene from chapter one I want to be sure that I link the correct thing from the get go.
Don't bash me, I know I'm stupid!
Add Open and Closed Captioning to Encore CS 6 Blu Ray Project
How can we add Open and/or Closed Captioning to an Encore Project for a Blu Ray Disc?
Blu-ray video menus
I'm trying to create my menu system for my Blu-ray disk using 3, 1 min clips from the actual video. The actual video turns out crisp and clear, but the menus when burnt to the blu_ray are fuzzy. The faces and Text are fuzzy. Look really bad, but when you play the video the video is crisp and clear. Anyone have this problem before? I use the same codec H.264 blu_ray for both the menu clips and video when exporting them to encore. In Encore I have project settings set to maximum audio/video bitrate 40.0 Mbps, codec H.264. The menus look very pixelated. If any one has any suggestion I'm all ears. I know it got to be a simple fix, something I'm not setting correct.
Subitled video output somehow?
Best font to use for Subtitles?
Hi All,
Are there some standard fonts (best) used in the dvd industry for subtitles? It would be nice to use fonts that come with Adobe Encore CS5, or ones that are free off the net, if those are good options as well.
Thanks,
Will
internal software error: .\Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.cpp, line 217
adobe encore the software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. installing the correct decoders for the file you are working with may help correct the problem
Hi,
I got this message after importing about ten or so H.264 files that I encoded from Adobe media encoder. "adobe encore the software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. installing the correct decoders for the file you are working with may help correct the problem."
The files we're shot with HD cameras. Edited in Premiere Pro CS3. I installed the update 3.0.1 with still the same error.
I also tried a brand new project and after about ten or so files being imported into a timeline, the system crash. I tried this twice....
Thanks in Advance
The operation requires a current authoring context. No context exists or is Selected.
Keep getting this error and haven't been able to find anyone else with the issue online. Was coming to the end of working on a project. Putting the video into the timeline was causing the program to crash. Tried again, crashed four more times. Now upon opening the project with Encore I get the error:
The operation requires a current authoring context. No context exists or is Selected.
When I click "OK" I just get General error.Click "OK" again and just keep getting general errors. Very annoying as I have the client coming to proof the DVD tomorrow morning and if I don't get an answer I'm probably going to have to make the whole thing again.
Other projects still open fine, its just this one. Any help appreciated.
Encore Cs6 stopped burning DVD - all fail due to error 52102
I have been burning both DVD and BluRay and all of a sudden I cannot burn DVD anymore, They all fail with error 52102 showing up and interrupting the burning process.
I have tried to isolate the problem. I used different DVD brands, I used different projects, I used an external burner. Nothing helps. But i can still burn BluRay disks.
Any ideas?
Thank you!
