Blu-ray Error: "invalid operation", Code: "19", Note: "primary video stream attributes must be consistent with playList"

Hi,

I cannot create a Blu-ray Folder or Blu-ray Image with my project.  Everytime I click Build, I receive this error:

 

Blu-ray Object: "<Timeline>Untitled Timeline", Error: "invalid operation", Code: "19", Note: "primary video stream attributes must be consistent with playList"

 

I created my .m4v and .wav files in Adobe Media Encoder using the H.264 Blu-ray preset HDTV 1080p 23.976 High Quality.  I also tried creating several variations (encoded the audio as Dolby Digital, tried the preset HDTV 1080p 24 High Quality).  No matter what I always get the same error above.

 

I only have a basic menu (no motion) but I tried deleting it and still get the error.

 

Encore is not transcoding my files and I'd like to keep it that way if possible, and use the better rendering capabilities of AME.  The only change I am making to the AME presets is to enable VBR 2-pass and Use Maximum Render Quality.  That shouldn't cause the issue?

 

I searched the forums and did not find anything.  Someone suggested restarting Encore but that did not help.

 

Any suggestions?

Seeing little activity, the little information on its website about the bluStreaktracer, I have fears that this software does not already serve. Someone has tried it recently so that the generated by encore ISO canreplicate in manufactures?

It is that I see no form of contact with the web.

Seriously, what is this error?  Is it related to Motion Menus?  If so, how???  I get this error CONSTANTLY and it's keeping me from finishing a high priority project.

VERY New to Encore....End Action Not Set?

I just upgraded (today) to Premiere CS5.  I've been able to get to the point of burning my project and "Check Project" found an error.  It was "End Action not set" for my sequence.  I'm not 100% what this means (and a search turned up 370 items, leaving me overwhelmed).

 

Is it asking what I want to happen after the last chapter in the sequence does (like return to the Menu default) or is it asking me what will follow after playing chapter one in my sequence?  I really doubt it is the last option but seeing as it is showing a still form a scene from chapter one I want to be sure that I link the correct thing from the get go.

Encore insists on transcoding H.264 Blu-ray encoded file (Blu-ray legal)

I have a Blu-ray legal .m4v file encoded out of Adobe Media Encoder as H.264 Blu-ray VBR 2-Pass, maximum render, target 25Mbps, maximum 30Mbps.

 

My project is H.264, maximum 40Mbps.

 

Encore keeps listing the video file as untranscoded and wants to transcode it.

 

I've tried encoding just a portion of the video file instead of the whole thing using the same settings and when I bring this into Encore it recognizes it as Blu-ray legal and sets it to "Don't Transcode".

 

Can anyone think of a reason as to why this is happening?  I really don't want to sit through another eight hour encode that could degregade pq further.

does encore work with windows 10?

I have creative cloud and I installed premiere 2015, I also installed premiere cs6 in order to work with adobe encore but is not working with this new windows 10, is there something I can do to work with encore? or how can I make my menus and DVD's since  adobe is not making encore anymore , thank you for any answer in this matter

How to burn-in subtitles into the videofile

I haven't found a solution in the Forums, so I hope somebody can help me.

 

I need to burn-in the subtitles for a film festival. They won't accept DVDs with menues where they have to pick the subtitles first.

Is there any possibility to burn-in the subtitles into the videofile? If not with Encore maybe Premiere Pro or After Effects? Even if I need to get a Plug-In it would be ok, I just don't want to have to create hundrets of titles in Premiere Pro.

So if anyone has a solution for my problem, ideally within the production premium suite, I'd by very happy.

Video Plays from The Middle

Hello Everyone.

When I Burn a DVD, I always have the Menu Set At Play First.  IN other words, the DVD Menu with PLAY Bottom should show at the Beginning. But sometimes when I play the DVD, Specially in the Computer, It plays from the Middle.and I don't see the Menu

random frame in encore transcode

Random single frames from another part of the timeline appear at different locations in my Encore MPEG2 transcodes.  The sequences were imported into Encore from Premiere Pro CS5 via Adobe Dynamic Link. 

The random frames do not appear on the original Premier Pro timeline, only in the Encore transcode and the burned DVD.

 

I have tried importing into Encore using Adobe Dynamic Link with both Mercury GPU acceleration on and Mercury Software only with the same results.

 

I have been able to export directly from Premiere Pro for MPEG2 for DVD, but video and tile quality suffers and Encore does not automatically adjust to fit on DVD. 

 

I have seen many people on the Adobe forums that have seen this issue on CS4 - CC, but no one seems to have found a resolution.

 

System Config:
Dual Xeon E5-2637 v2 @ 3.50GHz
256GB RAM
Nvidia Quadro K4000 Graphics Card
1TB SSD Boot/Program Disk
4TB Video Source Disk
2TB RAID0 Sctratch and processing disk

Blue ray Error - "Device not ready", Code:"3", Notes - Any ideas what this means?

After I clicked ok, then I saw where 23.98 of 24.98 GB was written.   Looked at bottom of BD and it was about 90% written to.   Any suggestions as what this may be or where I should be looking for the definitions for error codes?    I am lost on this one.  Don't even know where to start looking.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion you might have.

BTW, I am using CS5.5, most recent version.

Encore CS6 - create button using image file from photoshop

I'm new to Encore so bear with me here:

 

I'm working on a DVD authoring job that involves 1 main menu with 25 timelines to choose from as options. It's basically a list of tracks and I'd like to use a layer from Photoshop that the menu artwork was created from to be highlighted when it is moused-over/selected on the main menu.

I created a simple animation from the artwork in AE, rendered it out and brought it into Encore. What is the best way to get this layer from the photoshop document into Encore and use it as sort of an overlay that highlights for when a track is selected? Thanks in advance!

Blu-Ray Error: "Invalid Duration", Code: "13"

Hello everyone! Adobe encore throws me this error when attempting to do a "build":

 

Blu-Ray Error: "Invalid Duration", Code: "13", Note: Errors in some PGs: End time of preceding display set is too close to the start time of succeeding display set, see trace log for more information.

 

I included an image:

I understand this is a subtitle error, it sounds it is related with the 5 frame gap that must be between Subtitles. When I originally imported the subtitles, a warning symbol appeared in the subtitle track, and where the gaps where less than 5 frames between each subtitle, red marking appeared. I fixed this automatically, and some manual fixing was required. No more red markings are visible, and as you can see in the image, the warning symbol is no longer present, letting me know that the 5 frame gap requisite  is met. So why is this error happening? Is there something I am missing? A fix would be appreciated. If no fix is available, could somebody tell me how to see the trace log as stated by Encores error message? Thank you.

why is the message coming up "disc capacity is too small"?

Hi,

 

I am in Encore CS6, Windows 7, building a project to a DVD folder.

 

Everything goes sweetly until it is actually ready to start writing - then the message comes up "Disc capacity is too small. Hit OK if you would like to continue with the record." Even on clicking OK the project stalls right then and there.

 

I've set my folder capacity to be more than the project size; plenty of space on scratch disks and target folders. What is going wrong?!

Encore/ Premiere CS5 throws in random frames while transcodin?g

Hello All,

 

I'm having a big problem (Well, it's big for me, but really can't be) which makes Encore CS5 absolutely unusable.

 

I'm using the following:

 

PC,

OS: Windows 7, 64bit

cpu: i7 950

ram: 16GB DDR3 1333 (G-Skill)

gfx: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470 1280MB

HDD 1: Western Digital 320GB 7200rpm (just the OS)

HDD 2: Western Digital 320GB 7200rpm (just Applications)

HDD 3: Raid 10, 1,8TB usable space (4x Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB)

 

Adobe Production Premium CS5

 

I installed the latest Adobe updates today.

I also installed: PX Engine 4.18.16a

 

I have a Quicktime movie with a dv pal 48 khz codec with a duration of 27 minutes.

I have put this movie in a sequence in Premiere Pro CS5 and added the necessary chaptermarks

I placed the premiere sequence inside Encore CS5 using Dynamic Link.

I've made some menu's, first one that links to two other menu's who in their turn each link to one of seventeen chapters and the film as whole.

 

So far so good, but now the big problem I started out with.

When I transcode the files in Encore both with the automatic settings as with custom settings, notting fancy, everything within boundries Encore throws in frames at random. I't wil happen anywhere between one to five or six times on this lenght and every time it's just exactly one frame.

So at any given frame it can drop in a frame from somewhere else within the same clip.

It drives me nuts, Adobe can't help me. The only things they can come up with are, try to re-import the media in premiere and or re-encode using encore and even try rebooting you're system.

 

I'm really really stuck here (crossing a deadline), can somebody please give me the sollution?

Audio doesn't match video

When I imported a 2 hour video as a new time line, the audio doesn't match the video. I don't understand if it's happening after I export it from premiere or when its being encoded? Also when I try to export it as an mpeg blu ray, encore doesn't like it, so it imports it without the chapter marks.

PAL media NTSC DVD

Hi,

I live in a PAL area, have 1080i PAL media and normally author DVDs by selecting MPEG2-DVD/ Match Source Attributes Highest Quality.

I wish to send a DVD to a friend in USA.

 

I tried selecting MPEG2-DVD and changed the TV Standard in Basic Video Settings to NTSC.

But Encore gave an error on each item in the queue.

 

I can probably depend on my friend's player to read a DVD authored in PAL but I'm curious as to why I get the error.

 

Can anybody help?

 

The error says

Transcoding cannot progress due to one or more video parameters set in-correctly(error code = 0x16387).

NTSC Project Export to PAL?

I have a project that I edited in Premiere and a DVD project designed in Encore CS6 - all in NTSC. A client in the UK needs a copy in PAL. What is the best way to approach this? Encore does not allow me to change the standard in Settings or Prefs. The DVD project is made up of mostly Dynamically linked Premiere sequences, shot and edited in NTSC

Burning Blu ray disc - do I have to burn the BD-Rom content on the disc?

Hi

 

Am trying to burn a blu ray disc. I get the error message not enough disc space, (as blu ray stats its 25gb but its about 22.5gb).

 

I was wondering do I have to burn the BD-Rom content on the disc as it is taken up 1.69gb?
