Subtitle stops from one specific clip!

I have done a new project in Encore, and created the entire subtitle layer by writing one clip after another from scratch.

I have exported this subtitle layer as text-file and later imported that in a fresh project file.

Before importing the subtitle, I imported a m4v Video converted (as H.264 for Blu-ray) from a mov file using in Adobe Encore file.

I also imported a AC3 sound file converted using Compressor from a wav file (that was again created while converting the mov file into m4v)

There was another file also created with m4V.xmpess extension, while converting the mov, that I didn't import or use anywhere.

Then I put the assets (Video & Sound) in a timeline and imported the subtitle textfile.

And then successfully burnt a Blu-ray, the simplest one, without any menu or button.

The disk runs perfectly in a regular Blu-ray/ Dvd player, only with one problem.

Everytime, the disk comes to a certain frame, the subtitle stops displaying!

I have burnt 3 Blu-rays, one after another in different writing speeds and newly/ freshly created/ imported file… even rewriting the certain clips of the frame it stops displaying.

But, frustratingly, the result is the same!

I have opened the .txt file, and looked for is anything weird in the certain frame, but couldn't find a thing!

I am a layman, basically from graphics background and exploring with Encore CS4 by reading mostly the help files and manuals.

Can anyone please help?

I have a critical screening coming up and this issue needs to be settled without any further delay!

Regards
