I need a professional DVD creator (that allows me to create my original buttons, create chapters, etc). I've searched the best program and it looks that Encore is the most useful (because we can easily use Photoshop to help us in our design).
BUT, as you probably know, Adobe doesn't offer Encore in the Creative Cloud.
My question is: if I pay a membership, can I get Encore? And if so, which membership plan do I need? I find it weird to buy Premiere Pro to get Encore... But... I'm all mixed up. I don't know what to do. I'm afraid to pay and not be able to download it...
