Can't build Bluray in Encore CS6 "an output contract violation has occurred" and Error "AuthorContextCommands.cpp-1146"

This is on a PC running Win7 x64 Professional.  It's for two dance recitals (a Friday show and a Saturday show).  The DVD and Bluray worked for the Saturday show without a hitch. The DVD for Friday worked without a hitch. However, I keep running into the above error(s) when trying to build the Bluray for my Friday show.  I Created the projects all the same way.  Tried deleting the timeline, the assets, re-importing assets and menus, Encore is running as Administrator, started the project from "the top" in Encore, reinstalled Encore... I'm out of ideas.  The only thing I haven't done is tried recreating the menus, but I really don't want to have to do that because it is a multi-menu set-up and has 50 chapters all different dance routines (and they worked fine for the DVD and Bluray for the other projects).

Everything exported from Premiere CC 2015 and compressed with AME CC 2015 (1920x1080i 29.97fps H.264 Bluray) (Audio: AC3)

Please help! I really don't know where to go from here.  I've looked through the forum and haven't found anything with a solution for Error "AuthorContextCommands.cpp-1146"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
