Total confused.... Just brought CS6 for encore, premier pro & Afer effects.
I imported a file into encore and for some reason it is cutting off the top half of the file. Not sure what the file was originally made in (poss Windows movuie maker). I have played it is a number of video players, and all show a full screen.
I have tried it in encore, premier pro & after effects (actually in PP & Encore, in cs5 & CS6) - all show only half picture. I have rebooted machine, and imported a number of itmes (including renaming) - still no joy. Its almost if Adobe is cropping it (but in PP - the 'edge markers' are where I would expect them to be (bottom right picture).
Any suggestions? Never seen this before.
