To whom it may concern-
I've been trying to export a large DVD project called "Archiculture". There are no errors when I "Check" before exporting. But when I "Build" I get the following message:
PGC "ARCHICULTURE" has an error at 00;02;06;04.
Internal software error: %0, line ARCHICULTURE - PGC Info: name =
ARCHICULTURE, ref, = Hpgc, time = 00:02:06:04
The DVD contains a 26 minute film, and 10 smaller films. There is a main menu, a chapter selection for the main film, and a special features menu containing all of the smaller films. To my knowledge (and meticulous research) there is nothing that happens at the above timecode that should cause any sort of export error. And I've compressed exported this video file in several different ways to be sure it wasn't the filetype that was causing the issue.
All of the video assets in the DVD are .mpg files, which I compressed in Adobe Media Encoder using the DVD MPEG-2 settings. They are 720 x 480. All of the file names have no spaces and only contain numbers and letters. The menu screens are linked to Adobe Photoshop files, which were created and edited using the Dynamic link function of Adobe Encore. I've done my research and I've scoured the forums but none of the solutions that have been offered have worked for me.
We're running Encore CS6 on a Mac OS X desktop with the following specs:
OS X Yosemite
Version 10.10.3
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
Processor 3.5 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Starup Disk Macintosh HD
Graphics NIVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB
Thanks so much, please help!!!
