How to write my first simple PP CC sequence (2 mins) to DVD using Encore, and W8.1

I cannot locate the DVD burn button after creating the Encore DVD project. The Test Project button tells me to add a fist play, and a remote title. I do not want any extra feature to my DVD.  I want it to the simple DVD"s I have been creating in Premiere Elements.

I want to upgrade my video editing knowledge to be able to use PP CC and create DVD disk"s.I have been at this for a long time,and would appreciate any help.
