Make a 2-part DTS file continuous without stopping

I hope I describe this right

I have to make a Classical symphony two separate DTS files because of the size of the final files it breaks the 4gb limit

they are very high resolution 24/192 5.0 files.

The thing I want to do is make the first file when played back not stop if you are listening to the symphony so the customer

does not have to select the second half of the symphony so there is no interruptions is there a way to do this in Encore CS6?

I don't think you can do this with two separate menus for each half but I see you can make a extra page to a menu it comes up as a new layer

could this be done?

Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
