I recently purchased a one year subscription to Adobe and all of the products worked fine. A few weeks ago, I had problems with Premiere Pro so had to re-install it, but now when ever I open it, it says that it is running in trial mode. In addition, Adobe Encore won't open without me entering a serial code and says it cannot run in trial mode. None of my other applications state that they're in trial mode though. Is there some way I can fix this as I need to use encore today... Thanks.
